Registration information:
The educational program is intended for patients, family members and health care professionals. It consist of lectures and break out sessions on June 24th and an optional recreational social activity: A guided walking tour of Antwerp with a sweet taste! Learn about the history as well as some medieval legends in a fun and interactive way. The tour starts at Grote Markt, Antwerp on June 25th, starting at 2 pm. Duration 2h, relaxed walking temp.  Separate registration required (20 Euro per person)
The registration for the educational program on June 24th is free. Lunch, beverages and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
